She learns who is traveling, what you want from the trip, when you can go, and the budget you want to work within. From there, she researches, recommends, books, coordinates, and prepares the details.

The first conversation is complimentary. Tabitha will ask who is traveling, when you can go, what matters most, and the budget you want to work within. You do not need to have the destination or every detail decided.

Planning the trip
Research, recommendations, booking, and coordination through one advisor.
Once the direction and planning scope are agreed, Tabitha researches the trip, narrows the choices, and builds the itinerary. With your approval, she handles the appropriate bookings and coordinates details such as accommodations, cruises, transfers, tours, rail, transportation, selected air arrangements, and timing between reservations.
Before and during travel

Before departure, Tabitha organizes confirmations, travel documents, final details, and the timing between reservations so you know what to expect.
If plans change while you are traveling, you contact the advisor who already knows your route and reservations. Airlines, hotels, and other suppliers control their services and availability, but you do not have to explain the trip from the beginning.
Fees + fit
Professional planning begins at $200.
The first conversation is complimentary. Professional planning fees may apply based on the complexity and scope of the trip. Custom planning services begin at $200. Tabitha discusses the scope and fee with you before custom planning begins.
